Terms of Service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Graphwake and the organisation that creates a workspace (the "customer"). By creating a workspace, the person doing so confirms they may accept these terms for the customer.
1. The service
Graphwake reads a customer's API specifications, records which teams depend on which endpoints, shows the impact of a change and alerts the affected teams by e-mail, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Features may change over time; we will not remove a feature a paying customer relies on without notice.
2. Accounts
- The customer is responsible for who it invites, the roles it gives them, and for keeping API and ingest keys secret.
- Each person uses their own account. A workspace always has at least one Admin.
- Tell us at hello@graphwake.com as soon as you suspect an account or key has been compromised.
3. Customer data
The customer owns the specifications and other content it puts into the service ("customer data"). We use customer data only to provide, secure and support the service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or malware.
- Do not try to reach another customer's data, probe or overload the service, or get around plan limits.
- Do not use the service to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
5. Plans, trial and payment
- A new workspace starts with a free trial. At the end of the trial a paid plan is needed to keep using it.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe for each billing period, based on the endpoints watched and the number of users. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
- If a payment fails, the workspace keeps working while we remind the customer. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the first failure, the account is closed.
- Plans can be changed or cancelled in the billing portal; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
6. Closing an account
Either party may end this agreement: the customer by cancelling its plan, we by giving 30 days' notice, or at once if the customer materially breaches these terms. After closure, customer data is kept for 12 months so the account can be reopened, then deleted by our team (deletion is a manual process, not an automatic one); the customer can ask for earlier deletion or for an export before then.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not commit to a service level unless an Enterprise agreement says so. Support is by e-mail at hello@graphwake.com.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". Alerts help teams notice changes; they do not replace a customer's own testing and release checks. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees the customer paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We will tell Admins by e-mail at least 30 days before a change that reduces the customer's rights takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the change.
10. Governing law
[Governing law and place of jurisdiction, to be decided with counsel.]
